Ouch!

Today I ran 20 miles. And now my head hurts. Badly.

But it is over. Done. Finished. I just needed to announce that.

More to come later... when the advil kicks in.

    Just realized I wrote 'machine' with a 'g' as opposed to an 'e' i do what i can... most of it i clearly don't do well.
